Disassembly of all components (with cleaning)
Grinding of bed and carriage guideways
Inspection all major components (headstock, apron and tailstock)
Replacement of all used parts with the brand-new ones; all bearings, sleeves and nuts made of bronze, calibrations of screws and nuts, screws, drives, gears and clutches, installation of the new Metron on tailstock
Replacement of lubricating system with the new one
Installation of new electrical equipment in the cabinet, new wiring
Assembly of machine units after verification
Setting of machine geometry as per ISO 1708 standard
Technical acceptance including trials under load
New paint, installation of rating plates and anti-corrosion preservation
